Startup Phase

In the startup phase, following the initiation phase (the initial plan), it is usually clear which direction a project can take. Once the frameworks are established, we develop the plan into a final design, specifications, and drawings. In the final design, all details are finalized to ensure the project meets all requirements and regulations. And more importantly: so that it meets the client's wishes.

Realization Phase

During construction, it is crucial that everything is executed according to the requirements, based on specifications and drawings, and in compliance with regulations. We act as the primary point of contact for the client and other parties. Furthermore, we are capable of representing the client and managing the lead technicians, suppliers, and all other disciplines in the process, while monitoring progress and quality. BBM operates in accordance with applicable (safety) regulations and QHSE procedures.

Final Phase

The final phase begins when the project approaches its conclusion according to the schedule. In this phase, the project/product acceptance takes place, and we assess whether the original project goals have been achieved. Finally, we supervise the "handover of products."
