Initiation Phase

In the initiation phase, it is often clear from the initial phase (the first step towards the plan) which direction a project might take. Once the frameworks are known, we develop the plan into a definitive design, specifications, and drawings. In the definitive design, all matters are thoroughly investigated so that the project meets all requirements and regulations. And more importantly: so that it meets the client's wishes.

Implementation Phase

During construction, it is crucial that everything is executed in accordance with the requirements, based on specifications and drawings, and regulations. We act as the point of contact for the client or other parties. Furthermore, we are able to represent the client and manage, among others, the supervising technicians, suppliers, and all other disciplines in the process, while monitoring progress and quality. BBM works in accordance with applicable (safety) regulations and QESH procedures.

Completion Phase

The completion phase begins when the project is nearing its end according to schedule. In this phase, the project/product is accepted, and it is assessed whether the original project goals have been achieved. Finally, we guide the "hand over products."
